To help you make the most of your stay at Puddledock Woods, we’ve put together some handy information for you:
Puddledock Woods is open for hire to school and community groups. Our new, purpose-built communal woodland space is the perfect location for a wide range of education and wellbeing activities.
In collaboration with The Quay CIC, we offer low-cost space to the local community for a wide range of purposes.
Our main entrance is located on Nethergong Hill, which is just off the main road (A28) in the village of Upstreet, near Canterbury. Head down the hill and you will be greeted with signage for camping.
If you are relying on public transport, the Stagecoach number 8 bus passes through the village of Upstreet where we are located regularly throughout the day, and operates between Canterbury and Margate.
If coming by train, the closest train stations is Sturry (Southeastern), however you would most likely still require a short bus or taxi journey from the station.
